1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and beso88, operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), with registered offices in Metro Manila, Philippines ("beso88", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided through the beso88 website located at beso88.cam ("Website" or "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of beso88 services constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activities on beso88. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under the legal age will be immediately closed without refund of any balance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Before you can make withdrawals or access certain features, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or postal ID, along with proof of address dated within the last three (3) months.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify beso88 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

beso88 reserves the right to monitor account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We may request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, payment methods, or the source of funds used for deposits.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of PHP 500 per month on dormant accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

beso88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks, over-the-counter payments through 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method selected and verification status of your account. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time of up to seventy-two (72) hours.

You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of PHP 50,000 and a monthly limit of PHP 500,000. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits as outlined in the VIP program terms. We reserve the right to process large withdrawals in installments at our discretion.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal unless you are closing your account permanently. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7. Responsible Gaming

Any player found to be under twenty-one (21) years of age will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Limitation of Liability

11.3 PAGCOR Authority

12. Account Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements are met.

12.2 Involuntary Termination

beso88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. In cases of termination for cause, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
